Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Seekle app and seekle.app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Seekle.
Who can use Seekle
You must be at least 13 years old to use Seekle. If you are under 18, you may only use Seekle with the consent of a parent or guardian, and only they may buy a subscription. By using Seekle you confirm you meet these requirements and that you can enter into a binding agreement where you live.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number, and you are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. One account per person. Pick a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else. We may reclaim usernames that break this rule.
Seekle Unlimited
Seekle is free to play with 3 free plays a day. Seekle Unlimited removes that limit.
- Pricing is $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple and may differ.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Apple is the merchant of record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Cancel any time in App Store settings on your device (your Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
We may change prices or the contents of a subscription. If we do, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you beforehand.
Fair play
Seekle only works if scores are honest. You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, solvers, modified clients, or any tool that finds sets for you.
- Tamper with the app, our servers, or the network traffic between them.
- Create additional accounts to inflate scores, farm leaderboard positions, or evade a suspension.
- Share or sell accounts, or play on someone else’s behalf.
We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, suspend, or terminate accounts we believe break these rules. We use judgement rather than a formal process, and our decision is final. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@seekle.app.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your username. You grant us permission to display it inside Seekle, including on leaderboards visible to other players.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Seekle, including individual features and game modes. We aim to keep the service running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we shut Seekle down entirely, we will give notice and stop billing active subscriptions.
Ending your account
You can stop using Seekle at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@seekle.app. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel that separately in App Store settings.
Disclaimer and liability
Seekle is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost scores, or lost streaks. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Seekle. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. These terms are between you and us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Seekle after a change means you accept it.
